Oi, Humies! Old Klobben-voyeur has got a good one for ya. Humies versus Humies! Don't get no better than dat. Seems da Imperial were huntin' down a krashed experimental propulsion unit what had fallen outta one o' dare planes. Typical.... Anywayz, some angry Eldar boat flew over and dropped a bunch a Orbital shells tryin' ta blow it up, or maybe da area Detektur unit guarding da area. Don't matter, cuz dey missed. They did put a big stripe thru da desert tho. So Kommander Aleck and his Space Marines in their desert ash camo, akompanied by Kommisar Richard and his IG, set out ta recuvver da space junk. Off in da distance, dey see anudder IG unit comin' dare way. Wait'll ya see wot happens next. Da Imperials get to the debris and prepare ta greet da other IG a-comin'.

Well, I know it's been a long time coming, but the battle report for the apocalypse game we had in January is finally up!
Here everybody is milling about, chatting with their friends and waiting for the evil side to deploy. On the way in the next few days will be a pair of battle reports. In the first, we have some hot Blood Angel on Blood Angel action, the forces of Parker and Hyde clash in a 2000 point tune up for Boltgun's Battles III. In the second, we'll see if Parker can clinch his hold on the top tier of the Comic Shop Plus' Pyramid League and defeat the mighty Space Wolves of Dave Semons. It's going to be a pair of knock-down drag-out reports that will pull no punches, much like the battles themselves. Stay tuned! 07/17/10
Oi, Humies. Old Klobben-winchell will be re-activating me Blog here shortly. Most of me stuff is over in da Forums wot ya already know. Weez been havin' some computy problems and me Grots ain't been peddling the electro-genurator fast enough - weedy Grots - so weez only been postin' dare. BUT... Old Zogwort sez it's time ta fire up da Blog, probably before dey become obsolete or sumpting. Da Blog dat is... Zogwort has signed on as one of me kontributors and he always has interestin' points of vu. Dare he is now wit his nest O' Viperz

In light of my new blog, I wanted to start with a battle report for one of the craziest games of 40K I've perhaps ever played. I'm playing Blood Angels in the Comic Shop Plus' 40K Pyramid League currently, and I just defended my top ranking against the insidious forces of Chaos in the hands of Austin Cooperrider. Austin was kind enough to take some notes, though stupid us didn't pause long enough to take photos except for right at the end. There are just a couple of photos, so they're going to get used a lot to show where things ended up. |
